A delightful detached 3 bed house situated in the heart of Dartmouth with wonderful views of Kingswear and the surrounding hills.

The house is just 150m from the river, close to the upper ferry, and easily accessed.

There is an outside patio, garden and parking for one car.

All the towns shops, pubs and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away.

Short breaks (min 3 nights) are available during off peak periods.

Week long stays starting Saturdays are available June-September.

Number Twenty is a detached house situated in the centre of Dartmouth, The river is only 150m away and all the shops, pubs restaurant etc. only a couple of minutes walk away.

The house was built in the 1960's in the garden of one of the old merchant houses and occupies a very unique, open position surrounded by gardens.This makes it very light inside and there is a wonderful feeling of space with lovely open views of the top of Dartmouth, the hills above, and across the river to Kingswear.

There are 3 bedrooms giving accommodation for up to 6 adults in two double's and one twin room.

One double bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own ensuite with bath and power shower over. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom with power shower.

On the ground floor there is a also a large open plan living/dining room with a large dining table with seating for 6, a well equiped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, sink, additional fridge and downstairs WC.

The house has WiFi and freesat TV

Outside there is a patio and large grassed garden with picnic table.

Also, most importantly, there is garage giving parking for one car (This is very advantageous - Parking in Dartmouth can be a real problem in busy periods. Residents parking permits do not guarantee a parking place and cars parked in the public car parks overnight have to be moved by 10.00am).

Guests have access to the whole property, the garage, garden and the outside patio.

Getting around from Number Twenty is very easy.

You can walk down to the river in a couple of minutes where you can catch ferry's or tour boats which go across and up and down the Dart to various locations. Also the local buses go from here.

The passenger ferry across to Kingswear links directly to the Dart Valley Steam Railway which goes through to Paignton.

The boat hire kiosks on the embankment are 2 min away.

The main road out from Dartmouth is just at the end of Clarence St so you can easily get away to explore the surrounding area by car or bike. The car ferry across the Dart is also only 2 min away.
